My passion for the process of ushering in new life, from preconception through early parenting has evolved over time . I believe now that at the root of it all is the integration of the process by birthing womxn, couples and families deepening into self-awareness, self-trust, and continuing to prioritize their own self-care and joy. Birthing from this place fosters more presence and connection for the baby, and moves us in the direction of welcoming more self-connected, conscious human beings on the planet. So, through the lens of Trauma awareness, empathy, diversity, equity, inclusion, practical knowledge and lived experience, I serve women and families in the community and online. In addition, and separately, I provide private 1:1 Conscious Conception coaching to womxn and families outside of Kaiser.
